Customer satisfaction survey
Tell us what you think – and help us to continue improving services
This week, we are sending out our yearly customer satisfaction survey to a random sample of half our tenants and leaseholders.
The survey aims to give you the chance to tell us what you think of how our services are being provided. We value the results very highly and will closely study the changes from 2007 to see where you think we’re improving – and where you think we can still do better.
We don’t run the survey ourselves – we’ve asked one of the country’s leading customer research companies to carry it out. If you get a questionnaire please fill it in and send it back in the pre-paid envelope.
It will only take 15 minutes and your views will make a big difference. Everyone who enters will be automatically entered into a free prize draw!

Strike action 16th - 17th July
Unison and Unite, the unions for public sector workers, have planned a strike on Wednesday 16th July and Thursday 17th July 2008. Some members of our staff will be on strike, which will affect our services temporarily.
We are aiming to keep our offices open, but we will be running a reduced service on these days. To make sure you are not affected too much by this strike, please take note of the following information:
- Last week you were advised to try and pay this week's rent on the 14th or 15th July. If you were unable to do this, you can pay by -
- Direct Debit - it's easy to set up and completley secure. Pick up an application form at your local housing office or call us on 0115 915 4920
- PayPoint at your local newsagent, petrol station, other shops or at the Post Office using the bar code on your rent card. Look out for the Paypoint sign near you...
- telephone - you can pay over the phone by calling our automated freephone hotline on 0800 052 0173 at any time or you can call us on 0115 915 4920, Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5.50pm.
- Unless you have an emergency to report, please do not call the Repairs Contact Centre on 16th and 17th July 2008. All pre-booked repairs will be cancelled for these days and new appointments will be made.
