Nick is an experienced housing professional who joined Nottingham City Homes in 2011. As well as leading the company overall, steering and influencing the development and management of council housing in the city, Nick represents Nottingham at a national level. He’s a member of the National Federation of ALMOs (NFA) Executive Steering Group and the Chartered Institute of Housing’s Policy Advisory Committee. He’s also a trustee of a local charity that helps to tackle disadvantage in the city.
Nick lives in Nottingham with his family. He enjoys travel, live music, sport and making the most of the city’s thriving cultural events and activities.

George has been with Nottingham City Homes since 2008. He is responsible for the organisation’s human resources and change management processes, and is committed to equality in employment and in service delivery and accessibility.

Gill Moy FCIH
Director of Housing and Customer Services
Gill is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, with over 20 years of strategic level housing management experience. During her time with Nottingham City Homes, Gill has helped steer the modernisation of the housing service to become a high performing, award winning and nationally recognised service.
Gill is a member of Nottingham City Council’s Corporate Parenting Board and Health and Wellbeing Board, and is a Board Member of Click Nottingham.
She lives in Nottingham and along with her husband is a foster carer for young people.

Jonathan Shaw BAcc, ACMA, CGMA
Director of Investment and Business Services
Jonathan is responsible for finance and procurement, ICT, business transformation, communications and market rent activity. He joined Nottingham City Homes in March 2013 from Sheffield Homes where he was joint Chief Operating Officer. Before he came to social housing, Jonathan had various roles in the private sector.
He is a director of not-for-profit procurement consortium Efficiency East Midlands.
He originates from Glasgow, and enjoys travel, tennis and walking.

Delroy Beverley CCMI, MIoD
Director of Construction, Repairs and Maintenance Services
Delroy has almost three decades of experience in housing, local government and the private sector, where he's held senior roles in Asset Management and Repairs and Maintenance. As well as his strategic director responsibilities for NCH, he is responsible for construction, planned, responsive and capital works, housing investment programmes, energy efficiency, Decent Neighbourhoods and commercial works.
Nationally, he is a member of the UK Government's Apprenticeship Ambassador's Board, where he is able to provide direct input into policies designed to increase employment opportunities and diversity in the construction, repairs and maintenance sector. He serves as one of the five judges for the British Library's Management and Leadership Book of the Year.
Outside work, Delroy enjoys team-based sports, including the occasional game of rugby union as part of a Seniors team. A committed Christian, he also devotes much of his time to Church.
