Model Publication Scheme

We have decided to use the standardised Model Publication Scheme.

Using this scheme, we are aiming to make information about us available to the public mostly through our website. This reduces the time it will take and cost it will be to get information about our services.

The seven categories of information

These categories are shown below. Clicking on the links will take you to information already on our website.

Other information is available on request and a fee may be payable. The information below is available as a spreadsheet with additional information. If you can't find the information you want here, please follow the steps in the last section. We will be adding more information to this page shortly.

How do I get information not on the Model Publications Scheme?

  • You must make your signed request in writing to the address below. You can use this form
  • We need your current address, date of birth and any information that will help us find the information you want. We can only supply the information you ask for
  • You must provide proof that you are the data subject
  • You must pay a charge. The Act allows us to charge £10 for searching for data. You will not have to pay if you are or have been a Nottingham City Homes employee. More information about charges.
