Committees before 24th September 2009

At the Annual General Meeting on 24th September 2009, it was agreed to change the structure of our committees.

New committees

This means the three previous committees - audit, human resources and performance and regulatory committees have been replaced by the following five committees:

• Finance and audit committee (replacing audit committee)
• Remuneration and human resources committee (replacing human resources committee)
• Business development committee
• Housing management services committee (operational committee)
• Property services committee (operational committee)
