Finance and audit committee

This committee looks after the finances of Nottingham City Homes.

This committee is accountable to the Board on the effectiveness and adequacy of the internal control and risk management processes. It is also responsible for dealing with any significant matters arising from any external/internal audit, inspection or any other source.

This new committee was established at the Annual General on 24th September 2009. It replaces the Audit Committee.
