How are we performing?
We want to continually develop and improve our services so they meet and exceed your needs and expectations.
To make sure we do this, we have a dedicated Business Improvement and Development team.
The team measures and manages our progress against our high level delivery and business plans. Each service at NCH also has a yearly Service Improvement Plan, which the team also monitors.
The team work alongside service managers on new initiatives, research performance issues and present proposals. We aim to:
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company
- Set and review progress against meaningful targets, across all areas of service delivery
- Address issues of under performance in a positive and proactive manner.

Delivery Plan
Nottingham City Homes' Delivery Plan;sets out our vision, values and key objectives for each financial year (April - March) and our commitment to a programme of change and improvement.
This makes sure we deliver a high quality service that all our employees and customers can be proud of.
The plan sets out all strategic and operational targets, and how they will be achieved. It takes account of our stakeholders interests and concerns. By setting priorities and making choices, it gives a clear direction to all those involved in Nottingham City Homes.
