We collect detailed performance information across the company.

This includes rent collection rates, the time it takes to do repairs and anti-social behaviour cases.

We aim to set challenging but achievable targets and compare our results against other ALMOs (arms length management organisations) nationally.

International Quality Management System

Nottingham City Homes has registered to the International Quality Management System (ISO 9001).

By working to ISO standards you can be assured of a consistent level of quality service in all areas – such as repairs, rent collection and property allocations. It also provides a disciplined framework for employees so they can depend on management support in difficult situations.
