Performance information

Performance lies at the heart of the relationship between the company and Nottingham City Council.

Our Performance Management Framework sets out the key principles that guide the partnership approach to performance management:
  • Work in partnership with customers to agree and monitor performance standards
  • Focus on improving in performance areas that are important to our key stakeholders including tenants, leaseholders and the Board
  • Make sure the performance management framework links individual performance, through team and service area performance to the overall strategies for NCH
  • Hold all employees accountable for delivering performance improvement
  • Communicate performance information to all stakeholders in a clear, concise and timely manner.

The company is responsible for making sure all performance targets and success measures against these objectives are met.

Our approach to performance management and reporting will be open and transparent. It will allow our Board, tenant representatives, councillors and other stakeholders to regularly challenge us, to make sure we are delivering to the targets we’ve set.

We will display performance information on key service areas in all our public offices, and also to our employees. Performance information will also be published in our tenant newspaper ‘News from Nottingham City Homes’ every three months.

Summary of our performance

Every three months we produce a brief snapshot of how Nottingham City Homes as a company is performing. It shows how we are performing in a number of key areas such as customer care, repairs, empty property management, rents and estate management.
