We can then pass your compliments round to our employee(s).

The steps for processing a compliment

Step 1
We receive your compliment.

Step 2
We record and acknowledge your compliment.

Step 3
We tell the relevant service manager about your compliment, and agree what action to take.We discuss it further if necessary, sometimes with senior managers or tenants.

Step 4
We inform our staff of your compliment. Your compliment is valuable to us and will help us to shape and improve our services to you in the future.
