Equality impact assessments (EIAs)

We are committed to making sure that our policies, procedure and services do not directly or indirectly discriminate or have an adverse impact on our employees.

Equality impact assessments can help us provide and deliver excellent services to customers by making sure that they reflect the needs of the community. To achieve this, we complete equality impact assessments in consultation with both employees and customers.
