Equality and diversity policy

This is currently being reviewed and our new Equality and Diversity Scheme (which will include the policy) will be published in Autumn 2009.

The Equality and Diversity Policy sets out what Nottingham City Homes stands for as a employer and provider of social housing.
Every member of staff is bound by their conditions of employment to uphold the Equality and Diversity Policy.

Equality and Diversity Strategy

This is also being reviewed and describes our approach and the specific actions we will perform to deliver the commitments set out in our policy. We want to make understanding diversity central to our business.
