Our customers

Tell us about yourself!

We aim to provide a service which meets individual customer needs. To help us achieve this we are continually updating the information we hold on you, our customer.

If you think the information we have for you is wrong or out of date, or there is something you would like to tell us about yourself, please let us know by filling in the booklet called 'Tell us about you', available at your local housing office and on this website. It gives you the opportunity to tell us about your language needs, any disability you may have, your communication needs or any other information about yourself.

This information will be used for the following purposes only:

  • To make sure we communicate in ways that meet the different needs and backgrounds of our customers
  • To monitor our services so we can find out if any customer could be receiving a better service

What we know about our customers

We are currently carrying out research to find out more about our customers. We have a lot of information already but want to update this so we can target our services to better meet individual needs. This information will be put together into a document and published on this website in summer 2010.
