Property types
The office manages properties of varying types and build. St Anns has benefited from a number of improvement schemes over the last 25 years, particularly from Government funding. Some properties are pre-war although most properties have been built since 1970 after large-scale slum clearance.
There is a rolling programme to improve properties. The Stonebridge estate is subject to a five year development scheme to improve some houses, demolish others and build new ones.
