Tenants talk repairs face to face

As part of our drive to improve the repairs service, we are getting out into the community to talk to our customers.

We will be holding a range of repairs clinics across the city. It will give tenants the chance to talk about their individual problems face to face and let us know how we can improve the service to them.

Six clinics will be held over the next three months. These will cover north, central and south areas of the city.

All clinics will be held by representatives from the Repairs Contact Centre and will take place from 9am to 12.30pm.

The first of these clinics will take place this week. They will be held on:

• Wednesday 24th June at Garfield Court, Radford
• Friday 26th June at Radford and Hyson Green Housing Office.

They will be followed by:

• Thursday 30th July at Todd Court, Clifton
• Friday 31st July at Clifton Housing Office

• Wednesday 12th August at Crossfield Court, Bestwood
• Friday 14th August at Bestwood Housing Office
