Making homes in Aspley secure warm modern

Nottingham City Homes has now fitted secure-by-design windows to more than 2,000 properties in Aspley.

Our 39-strong team is committed to fitting UPVC double glazed units to all homes in the area that need them.

For those who haven’t yet had their windows fitted, members of the team will be holding a coffee morning for local tenants and leaseholders on Tuesday 14th July at the Sports Hall on Minver Crescent, Aspley from 9.30am to 12noon. The team will be on hand to answer any questions and also show you examples of the windows. Refreshments will be available.

The windows we use are ‘high quality and built to last. They make homes warmer, look better and also provide extra security. Those who have new windows will also be provided with Smart Water* to protect their valuables.

We visit all tenants before windows are fitted to discuss the details of their work and find out if they need any extra support. We have a Helping Hands scheme which is available to elderly and vulnerable tenants to help make the process a little easier.

For more information on when the team will be in your area, please visit the website www.nottinghamcityhomes.org.uk and click on the ‘Improving your home’ section. Or call the SWM team on 0115 915 7060.
