Tenants talk repairs fact to fact

As part of our drive to improve the repairs service, we are getting out into the community to talk to our customers.

We are holding a range of repairs clinics across the city. They give tenants the chance to talk about their individual problems face to face and let us know how we can improve the service to them.

All clinics will be held by representatives from the Repairs Contact Centre and will take place from 9am to 12.30pm.

The first of these clinics took place in Radford and Hyson Green at the end of June. The next sessions will be held on:

• Thursday 30th July at Todd Court, Clifton
• Friday 31st July at Clifton Housing Office, Clifton Cornerstone

These will be followed next month by clinics in the north of the city:

• Wednesday 12th August at Crossfield Court, Bestwood
• Friday 14th August at Bestwood Housing Office
