Have you got the Forest Factor?

Children on Nottingham’s estates will get the chance to learn new ball skills, keep fit and meet local football stars as the Forest Factor is launched later this month.

Nottingham City Homes (NCH) and our partner, Frank Haslam Milan, have joined forces with Nottingham Forest Football Club to launch football coaching project, the Forest Factor.

This scheme will see a range of PE (physical education), sports and physical activity programmes delivered in schools, leisure centres and community halls across Nottingham city.

Aimed at children aged between five and seven, Forest Factor will combine fun with fitness to create a range of coaching sessions that encourage children to keep fit and healthy.

The programme has been jointly funded by NCH and Frank Haslam, and will be delivered by the team at Nottingham Forest. We have provided a special Forest Factor van to carry equipment and take the team around the city.
