Are we getting it right?

Thousands of surveys will be sent out to Nottingham City Homes’ tenants this week to find out what they think about our services.

Our annual customer satisfaction survey (known as the STATUS survey) will be hitting doorsteps by the end of the week.

The results of this survey are important to us. It helps us learn more about what we do well, and what we need to work on.

Last year around 15,000 surveys were sent out and almost 4,500 tenants sent us feedback. Sixty nine percent of tenants told us they were satisfied with our overall services, which was a big increase from 60% the previous year.

The results of the survey will be used to help us make necessary improvements to our services. For example, in last year’s survey, although 92% of tenants rated our workmen as having good or very good attitudes, just 63% were satisfied with the overall repairs service.

This year improving the repairs service is one of our seven key priorities. Our Repairs Team is working with tenant representatives to improve the quality of our work, the materials we work with and the way we make appointments.

Tenants who have their say in our STATUS survey will not only get the chance to help shape our services, they will also be entered into a free prize draw to win one of ten £25 shopping vouchers.
