Training top of agenda for NCH

There are still places left on a number of training courses for Nottingham City Homes tenants and leaseholders this November.

As part of our commitment to tenant and leaseholder involvement, we offer a number of training courses to our customers. Most courses are delivered in-house by our employees. 

The aim of courses is to improve our customers’ knowledge of housing in general, how we work and how to run tenant and resident community groups.

The next courses still with places available include:

• Tenant involvement - Tuesday 3rd November 10am to 4pm
• Using the internet - taking place at Bestwood Housing Office Tuesday 3rd November - 1pm to 4pm
• Role of the Treasurer - Wednesday 4th November 10am to 4pm
• Understanding the Decent Homes scheme - Tuesday 10th November10am to 12.30pm
• Self confidence and how to get your point across - taking place at Nottingham Voluntary Action Centre Thursday 12th November 10.30am to 1pm
• Developing effective newsletters - Monday 16th November 10am to 12.30pm
• Understanding repairs - Monday 16th November 1.30pm to 4pm
• Roles and responsibilities of NCH and NCC - Thursday 19th November 10am to 1pm
• Welcome to the voluntary sector - 24th November 09 10am to 1pm
