Making homes in Clifton Secure, Warm and Modern

Nottingham City Homes’ partner Nationwide Windows is helping us to improve thousands of council homes across the city.

In Clifton they are fitting UPVC double glazed units to all properties in the area that need them.

Clifton tenants can find out more about the works at coffee mornings being held on Friday 11th December at the Royal British Legion, Donnington Road, Clifton, NG11 8BJ, from 10am to 1pm.

This will give tenants a chance to learn more about the quality of materials being fitted and ask questions about the installation. Nottingham City Homes staff will also be on hand to answer any questions tenants may have about the scheme.

The windows we use are ‘high quality and built to last. They make homes warmer, look better and also provide extra security. Those who have new windows will also be provided with Smart Water* to protect their valuables.

We visit all tenants before any work is done to discuss the details of their work and find out if they need any extra support. We have a Helping Hands scheme which is available to elderly and vulnerable tenants to help make the process a little easier.

For more information on when the team will be in your area, look at the Secure Warm Modern part of our website. You can also call the SWM team on 0300 333 8100.
