Making homes in St Anns Secure, Warm and Modern

Nottingham City Homes’ partner Wates Living Space is helping us to improve thousands of council homes across the city.

They will be starting to work in St Anns in the New Year fitting brand new kitchens and bathrooms to all properties that need them.

Wates Living Space is having an open day to introduce themselves to people in the St Anns area on Wednesday 16th December from 10am to 4pm at Dane Court, Dane Close, St Anns, NG3 1NP.

This will give tenants a chance to learn more about the quality of materials being fitted and ask questions about the installation. Nottingham City Homes staff will also be on hand to answer any questions tenants may have about the scheme.

We visit all tenants before any work is done to discuss the details of their work and find out if they need any extra support. We have a Helping Hands scheme which is available
