Customer care at heart of Secure Warm Modern programme
The Secure Warm Modern programme is improving thousands of homes across Nottingham every year.
We have written to all tenants who pay their rent in this way. The letter highlights our plans for the service, what this will mean to them, and what other payment options are available. Tenants must respond by 19th February 2009. We will use the feedback to help us make a final decision on the proposals.
Alongside our contractors we are holding regular events on our estates to provide tenants with information about the programme and answer any questions or concerns they have.
This week we will be holding a Customer Care Roadshow event for tenants in Clifton. Our contractor, Nationwide Windows, is currently working in the area and others will be based there in the future.
The event will take place on:
Friday 5th February at the Clifton Cornerstone, Southchurch Drive, Clifton from 10am to 12noon.
Tenants will get the chance to speak to the Secure Warm Modern team about the programme, meet the contractors, our Customer Care group members and other tenants.
