Is sheltered housing for you?
Are you, or a member of your family, looking for a new home that offers independent living with the extra support you need for greater peace of mind?
If this is you, then look no further than Nottingham City Homes’ sheltered housing schemes. There is a chance to find out more about sheltered housing at two events being held this month.
They will take place at Rona Court on Saxondale Drive, Highbury Vale and Bucklow Close, just of Bracknell Crescent in Whitemoor on Wednesday June 16th from 10am till 2pm.
Why not come along on your own, or with your family or friends to learn more?
Visitors will get the chance to view one of our empty sheltered properties, learn more about the benefits of the schemes and talk to current tenants about living in sheltered housing.
Refreshments will be available and a chance to find out more about the current vacancies in these schemes and others across the city.
We have 62 Sheltered Housing complexes across the city. They range from high rise blocks to ‘corridor’ low rise blocks. These schemes give people, usually over the age of 60, the chance to live independently with support from our dedicated sheltered housing teams. All the accommodation is self-contained, which means you have your own front door (we don’t have bedsits or accomodation with shared facilities).
