NCH customers get global standard
The Nottingham City Homes repairs contact centre has just been awarded the CCA Global Standard for its commitment to customer service excellence.
The team has been working hard to achieve this accreditation, and found out recently that it had been successful. They now join a prestigious group of leaders in this area, delivering consistency, efficiency and customer service excellence.
Mark Johnson, Director of Property Services, said:
This is a fantastic achievement. It is so important to us that the service we offer to our customers is excellent. Being awarded this level of accreditation is confirmation that we are achieving our goal.
I would like to thank all our employees who have helped us to reach this milestone, they are a credit to Nottingham City Homes.
We will continue to work with the Customer Contact Association to make sure we focus on best practice, customer satisfaction and look at ways to constantly improve our customer service.
