Leaseholder service charge reminder

In April we sent out our 2011-12 service charge estimate.

A big thank you to everyone who has paid in full or agreed a payment plan.

If you haven't agreed to pay your invoice - you must act now!

You can pay by:

• Direct Debit
• visit www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk and click on the 'Do it online' icon
• calling us on 0115 915 4920
• visiting any PayPoint or PayZone outlet or Post Office. You'll need your barcode (printed on the front of the covering letter with your April service charge pack)

It's easiest for both us and you to pay by Direct Debit. If you don't already, just fill in the form in your service charge pack and send it back to us in the pre-paid envelope we send you. We'll set up the payment dates and let you know when they will be coming from your account.

Your repairs statement

You will also have been sent a repairs statement for the period 1st April 2010 to 31st December 2010. This is NOT an invoice, but gives you the opportunity to query any of the repairs listed bervor you are charged in September 2011.
