What's your STAR rating for NCH? (NCH release)

More than 4,000 Nottingham City Homes tenants are being asked what they think of our service in this year's 'STAR' customer satisfaction survey.

Between 2007 and 2009 customer satisfaction rose from 60% to 80% - but we want to know what our tenants think of us in 2011.

We are now taking part in STAR (survey of tenants and residents), set up by the national benchmarking group HouseMark. so we can make sure our services are meeting our tenants' expectations.

We've commissioned independent research company Kwest to ask our customers questions about our services. Two weeks ago questionnaires went out to a sample of 4,200 of our tenants. We have already had many responses, but we are keen to hear from more of our customers.

As an incentive to take part, everyone who replies to the survey will go into a prize draw to win cash prizes and shopping vouchers.

We'll use what tenants tell us to improve our services for the future.

Chief Executive, Nick Murphy, said:

Thanks to everyone who has already responded to the STAR survey. If you've not returned your survey yet, I would really encourage you to do so.

We want to create homes and places where people want to live. To do this we need to know more about what our customers think, and where we need to focus our efforts.

There's still time to respond so please do fill in your form - and don't forget all responses will go into our prize draw!

There's one more week to go for questionnaires to be sent back in. For more information about the STAR survey please visit: http://www.housemark.co.uk/star
