Nottingham City Homes manages around 29,000 council homes across Nottingham. Our mission is to deliver excellent services. Our vision is to create places where people want to live. We provide council tenants with services including:- Repairs
- Allocations and lettings
- Fighting anti-social behaviour
- Advice and guidance on rent
- Advice on dealing with debt
- Tenant involvement
We also run a service for our leaseholders and are working hard towards bringing Nottingham's council houses up to the Government's Decent Homes standard by 2015.
