We want to put you at the heart of our vision of creating homes and places where people want to live.
To help you do that we're launching our Make a Difference Fund for Tenants and Residents' Associations or local community groups to help make a positive impact in neighbourhoods.
What you can use the funding for
You might want to hold an event in your local area and need funding to make it a success or you could be looking to kick-start a community project that will improve the lives of people living in your area, or you may need to buy some specific equipment that will help make existing projects or activities even better.
Whatever the need, if it's going to make a real difference, we'll support you.
How to apply
Funding is available from £250 up to £2,000. The total amount of funding available is limited and applications will be considered in the order that they're received.
Any groups that want to apply for funding, must be constituted and must have their own bank account and audited accounts. Applications must also be able to clearly demonstrate that they benefit NCH residents as well as the wider community.
Completed applications can be emailed to the Tenant and Leaseholder Involvement team for review.
