How you can get involved in decisions about your housing service.

Involving tenants and leaseholders in housing service improvements is vital to our success. You can get involved in how we provide services so we can be sure we are delivering a service which meets your needs.

There are lots of different ways to get involved and you can spend as much or as little time as you like with us.

Easy ways to get involved

You can:

• Read our tenant newsletter called News from Nottingham City Homes to find out what's going on in your area and across the city
• Find lots of information on this website
• Go to an estate surgery where you can meet us, Nottingham City Council and police. Surgeries are held in local community centres, housing offices and other venues
• Be one of our Home panel members. We will send you a survey or questionnaire which you can fill in at home and send back to us in a freepost envelope.
• Take part in a telephone or doorstep survey
• Write to us or send us an e-mail

2010 Tenant and Leaseholder Conference, Saturday 20th March - book your place!

This conference is your chance to learn more about Nottingham City Homes, what we've done in the past year and ask you about your priorities for 2010-11. Our Chief Executive, Chris Langstaff will be giving a speech and answering your questions. There will be workshop sessions about our different services and and a free raffle with prizes!
