Budget information
Each forum has a small budget to help with the work they do in their lead area.
We believe that people in our community need to take part in budgeting to help make local governance effective, democratic and relevant to them.
We call this 'participatory budgeting'. It creates a process where the local community can see the the effects of their involvement can directly affect changes in policies.
Take a look at the table below. It shows how much the different forums have spent so far this year, and how much they have left.
All forums were given a budget of £2,000 except the Young People's Forum which started off with £3,500.
