Customer care panel (Secure Warm Modern)

We want to make sure you are happy with the way we consult you on improvements to your home.

This includes the work that we do and that of our Secure Warm Modern constructor partners. We are committed to keeping high standards of customer care through various consultation events where we want you to tell us what you think.

This is why we set up the Customer Care Group. It is made up of our tenants and leaseholders, liaison staff and managers and staff from our various parners. In this way, we can all work closely together to help meet customer expections of the service. Ideally we would like to exceed your expectations!

The group meets every other month. Come and join us at the next meeting! We meet at the Nottingham City Homes offices at Beechdale Court, Beechdale Road, Nottingham NG8 3LH (opposite Beechdale Swimming Baths) on a Tuesday afternoon between 1pm and 4pm.
