Customer communications panel
Councils and other public sector organisations are notorious for not writing in plain English.
Have you ever picked up a newsletter, leaflet or other publication and said to yourself: 'None of this makes any sense at all?'
You won't feel like this at Nottingham City Homes. The Customer Communications Panel works with our communications and marketing team to make sure everything we produce is written and designed in a style that you can understand.
Every newsletter, leaflet and brochure is approved by the panel before it is published. We meet once a month to discuss what should be in the next edition of 'News from Nottingham City Homes'.
You'll see the 'approved' logo on every document - this is your guarantee that the panel has been involved in its production and has authorised its release. This includes this Nottingham City Homes website.
We welcome new members, particularly from Black and minority ethnic communities.
