Supported housing group

This forum has been recently created. It is made up of a group of residents and ex-residents who monitor and discuss issues around supported and temporary accommodation.

The group interviews present residents to find any problems or issues that have arisen. It also looks at how satisfied overall they are with the service. The group are able to do this because they are residents and ex residents who themsleves know and understand the issues that the residents face. They inspect flats between lettings and look at improving current policies to see if they can be improved.

The group's aim is to monitor the services provided and to make recommendations for any changes or improvements.
