Tenancy and estate management forum

This forum covers specific areas of housing management including rents, allocations and tackling anti-social behaviour.

Our role is to:

• Make sure the views of tenants and leaseholders shape service delivery and performance
• Receive and consider reports from tenant service inspectors and 'mystery shoppers'
• Scrutinise, monitor and review service delivery and overall performance - and report findings to the NCH Performance and Regulatory Committee, area panels and the Nottingham Tenants’ and Leaseholders’ Congress
• Test Nottingham City Homes' performance (and where relevant Nottingham City Council) against best practice
• Identify priorities and targets for improving performance and report to the Nottingham Tenants and Leaseholders Congress, the NCH Performance and Regulatory Committee and area panels.
