Tenant rents panel

This is a sub-group of the Tenancy and Estate Management Forum

We act as a consultative group, looking at rents performance and practice. We are a small group and are responsible for:

• looking at rent collection performance and best value performance indicators
• being consulted on various matters such as annual rent setting and advising on the Rents Service Improvement Plan
• being consulted and advising on rent arrears recovery and practice

Meetings are held every 8 weeks on a Monday in the Board Room at Hounds Gate between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
