Get more involved

You can spend more time helping us to improve our service to you.

You can:

• join an area panel
• join a recognised Tenant and Resident Association (TRA)
• become a Board member. To do this you will need to stand for election. Tenants and leaseholders then vote and you will serve,usually, for 3 years.
• become a tenant services inspector
• be part of the Tenant and Leaseholder Congress

How we can help

If you want to get involved, we will give you all the support you need.

We will give you:

• training tailored to your needs
• support and paid expenses
• meeting rooms in appropriate venues
• start up grants for new TRAs
• grants for running established TRAs
• one off grants for community events
• a dedicated resource centre.

Regional groups

We are also members of two regional groups looking at networking, sharing ideas and swapping information on best practice.
