At Nottingham City Homes, we have a special panel of tenants and leaseholders who are helping us to shape our service without leaving their home!

Does this sound like you?

As a member of our home panel, you will be:

• consulted on various aspects of the housing service you receive
• asked your opinion and comments on a variety of matters
• able to influence your future services

How does the Home Panel work?

We will gather information from our Home Panel members usually by a questionnaire sent to your home, which you then post back to us in a FREEPOST envelope. Its as simple as that!

The results from the replies we receive will be used by us to improve the way that services work.
