Our tenant service inspectors survey housing offices and estates each month. We compile a report based on their findings and always act on what they say.

What is the Tenant Services Inspectors team?

The Tenant Services Inspectors Team helps us to make sure our services are meeting the needs of all our customers.

The team is made up of a group of tenants and leaseholders. Their inspections and feedback are vital in helping us in our mission ‘to deliver excellent services’ and improve customer satisfaction.

What do Tenant Services Inspectors do?

Tenant Services Inspectors monitor, review and regularly inspect the quality of services and make recommendations for improvement.

Improve Nottingham City Homes’ services
Highlight good and poor performance
Help build a partnership between us and our tenants and leaseholders
Encourage people from all communities to get involved in decisions about our services
Make sure our services are accessible and responsive to the needs of tenants and leaseholders.

Activities you can be involved in

Tenants Services Inspectors take part in a range of activities, including:

Estate assessments
Judging the Office of the Month award
Inspecting the condition of empty properties
Mystery shopping
Taking part in focus groups
Telephone surveys
Regular meetings to plan and review activities.
