Improving your home

We are committed to improving and modernising your home.

We will do this in a number of ways. For example, we are committed to bringing your home up to the standard that exceeds the Government's Decent Homes Standard.

In this section you can find out when we are planning to improve homes in your neighbourhood.

You can also find out more about how keep your home and outside areas in a good state of repairs through our planned maintenance programmes.

You can also carry out improvements to your home. We are happy for you to put your mark on your home as long as you tell us what you want to do. Sometimes, we may not allow you to do certain works, such as knocking down an internal wall, unless we can be certain that they will be done to a certain standard.
