When the work is done

We will inspect your home during and after the works to make sure it has been done to the right standard.

We will show you how to use items such as central heating controls and also leave you with instructions and aftercare information.

Will I get any decorating done?

We will try not to disturb the decoration in your home but sometimes we will not abe able to avoid this. To make sure you are not left with large redecorating costs we will:

• redecorate kitchens and bathrooms that have been fully replaced with white ceilings and woodwork and magnolia walls
• give you an allowance to redecorate where some damage has been done. This will not be for the full cost of redecorating a room

Discuss this with your Tenant Liaison Officer - they will let you know how to claim any costs back.
