What we do

The opinions of our leaseholders are important to us and your involvement helps us shape our decision making.

We want to make sure that we try to understand any issues you may have and act appropriately, giving you an excellent level of service. Take a look at our service standards to see the service you should be getting from the us.

We oversee the management of leasehold properties in Nottingham City Homes' housing stock and work with our customers if mediation is needed.

We also give you advice on repairs and maintenance and housing issues such as anti-social behaviour
