Aspley, Bilborough and Beechdale sheltered housing complexes

We have 1 complex in each of the Aspley and Broxtowe areas and 5 in the Bilborough areas.

All accommodation in our sheltered housing complexes is self-contained. We do not have bedsits or ones with shared facilities. All of our sheltered housing has the services of a Scheme Manager and the Nottingham On-Call emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. A small fee is payable together with the rent for this service.

We have these schemes in the Aspley, Broxtowe and Bilborough areas. In addition, we also have a complex in Bilborough which offers a different level of care for frail older people. Please see the information below.
