We have over 60 sheltered housing complexes across the city.

We have various schemes in the following main housing office areas. Click on the areas to find out more.

Includes complexes in the Bestwood Park, Top Valley, Whitemoor, Old Basford, Heathfield and Highbury Vale areas.

• Bilborough

Includes complexes in the Bilborough and Wollaton areas.

• Bulwell

Includes complexes in the Bulwell, Top Valley, Highbury Vale and Snapewood areas.

• Clifton

Includes complexes in the Clifton and Ruddington areas.

• Hyson Green

Includes complexes in the Hyson Green, Radford and Bobbersmill areas.

• Lenton

Includes complexes in the Lenton and Meadows areas.

• Sherwood and Mapperley

Includes complexes in the Sherwood, Mapperley and Edwards Lane areas.

• St Anns

Includes complexes in the St Anns, Bakersfield and Sneinton areas.

• Aspley

Includes complexes in the Aspley, Whitemoor and Broxtowe areas.

Don't forget, many housing associations also have sheltered schemes in the city. Apply to individual ones to find out more about their complexes. You could also look on Nottingham Homelink if you are registered for empty sheltered housing properties!
