Sherwood and Mapperley sheltered housing complexes

We have 2 complexes in the Sherwood area and 1 complexe in the Mapperley area.

All accommodation in our sheltered housing complexes is self-contained. We do not have bedsits or ones with shared facilities. All of our sheltered housing has the services of a Scheme Manager and the Nottingham On-Call emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. A small fee is payable together with the rent for this service.

We have these schemes in the Sherwood and Mapperley areas.

The number of properties shown is the total number of properties in the complex. The number available for rent at any one time will be less than this. See the Nottingham HomeLink website for currently available properties.

Bestwood is the housing office for this area.
