Emergencies in your home

We will carry out repairs on most things in your home but some emergencies will need to be dealt with by the supplier.

If you smell gas or suspect a carbon monoxide leak in your home, garden or the surrounding area, call the National Grid immediately on 0800 111 999. More on gas repairs and servicing is on this intranet site.
If there is a burst water pipe in your home or garden, please call our repairs team on 0115 915 2222
If the burst/leak is outside your property, for example, on the street, or in a local park, please call Severn Trent Water on 0800 783 4444.
