Day-to-day repairs
Day to day repairs are general repairs you can ask us to do which are not emergencies and not part of a planned programme.
Attended and finished within: 15 days
May need: extra work not identified when the repair is reported but arising when these repairs are done
Routine repairs are different from planned maintenance such as gas servicing and external painting, which are dealt with in a different way. They are usually one-off repairs that need doing due to wear and tear.
Sometimes it may be necessary for us to come back and do more work if we find that your repair request has uncovered extra work.
If you have a routine repair you would like us to do please tell us using the information on the main Repairs page. We will tell you if the repair is our responsibility or yours.
