Gas repairs and installations

We carry out around 22,500 repairs and 400 installations of replacement boilers and fires every year for our tenants and leaseholders.

If you have a repair, we will arrange a weekday appointment to suit you.

To make an appointment, please use the number above. If you have already been told you are having a replacement installation, please call the installations number. This number will also be in the Heating Installations Pack left by the surveyor who made the original assessment.

How long will it take for a repair or installation?

We aim to give you an appointment within 5 days if your boiler has been cut off because it is dangerous (for example, if carbon monoxide has been detected). We will do our best to get the repair or replacement done as soon as possible so you are not too long without heating or hot water.

  • Let us know as soon as possible if the appointment we make for you is not appropriate - even if something comes up at the last minute.
  • Keep the certificate we leave you in a safe place where you can find it again

What if I miss an appointment?

We can only carry out any work if there is an adult at the propery. If you can't make the appointment, please ring us to make another more convenient one.

  • Keep the Landlord Certificate we leave you in a safe place where you can find it again. The same applies if we leave any National Grid documentation
