Repairs clinics

As part of our drive to improve the repairs service, we are getting out into the community to promote it.

We want to learn more from our customers just like you!

We ran a number of successful events across the city in August 2009 where you gave us really positive feedback. More than half of the people who filled in our questionnaires at the time said your query was resolved with just one phone call.

We are now holding some more repairs clinics across the city as shown below. All clinics will be held by representatives from the Repairs Contact Centre. Enter our free prize draw! We look forward to seeing you there!
