Estate inspections

We regularly hold inspections of an area which involve local housing staff and tenants.

Everyone is welcome to take part.

All you have to do is turn up at your local housing office at a specific time - then we'll tour your estate and identify anything that needs fixing, sorting or improving.

We plan dates up to 12 months in advance, so you can make sure you're free to take part every time. Don't worry if it's raining - we'll lend you a Nottingham City Homes umbrella!

We'll let you know of the dates on this page shortly.

We'll write down everything you say and then take action to improve you community.
