Housing patch managers
Our network of housing patch managers means every tenant has a dedicated local contact.
They are there if you have a concern about something or someone on your estate and work hard to improve the neighbourhood. Housing patch managers deal with anti-social behaviour, disorder, harassment and neighbour disputes. They also take part in estate inspections.
They work closely with the police, the city council, local tenants and residents associations and others to improve the quality of life in your street and community.
Housing patch managers look after between 400 and 800 homes and focus on these key social issues and problems.
Just need some advice?
Your local housing office, and our Customer Service Centre at 3 Angel Row (next to the library), are there to answer your questions.
You can get detailed housing advice and assistance on a range of issues including re-housing, homelessness, rent and debt advice. If you need advice about paying your rent or managing your money, call our Rents Contact Centre or speak to one of our rent account managers.
If your housing patch manager is not around, any member of your local housing team can offer their advice and support, so don't hesitate to call
your local office.
